Details 
Meta bug to track all Keyboard IME stories for 1.2
We aim to resolve all v1.2 requirement with engineering work described in bug 816869. However, some the dependency tree of the said bug is somewhat need an update.

Will like each engineering items into correspond user story after have that sorted out.
OS: Mac OS X → Gonk (Firefox OS)
Hardware: x86 → ARM
